You can now book an appointment for massage therapy at Ayurvita.

When coming to your appointment, please bring the following:

• Your medical prescription from your military base's medical office (typically a yellow paper). Ensure that your therapist's name and the number of authorized sessions are clearly mentioned on this document.

Veterans

Before starting your treatment for massage therapy, kindly email us your annual medical prescription at info@ayurvita.ca. This will allow us to request the necessary authorization. Once it is approved, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.

For any additional treatment requests, please inform your therapist directly. They will fill out a specific form that we will submit to obtain further authorization.
