With over 20 years of experience in holistic health, Natalie Palmer focuses on somatic healing and nervous system support. Living with ADHD, she is passionate about breaking the stereotypes surrounding individuals on the spectrum. Her work centers on helping clients manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, and fibromyalgia by addressing the nervous system through holistic techniques.

Natalie has studied a wide range of healing modalities, including Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Swedish Massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Acupressure, Marma Therapy, Deep Tissue, and more. As a Herbalist and Naturopath, she customizes treatments that promote whole-body healing.

Her dedication extends to working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum and with Down syndrome, offering soothing, somatic therapies that bring calm and balance. She is also skilled in Medi-Cupping, a mark-free approach to deep healing, and specializes in Scar Therapy to help clients recover both physically and emotionally.

In addition to her hands-on practice, Natalie has been teaching massage therapy at Ecole Setsuko for over 10 years. Always committed to learning, she continues her education with ongoing studies in Craniosacral Therapy, embodying her role as a lifelong student of healing. Natalie’s dedication to holistic wellness and her passion for nervous system care make her an essential part of the Ayurvita team, where she helps clients of all ages find balance, relief, and long-lasting healing.

Osmal Millington is a vital part of Ayurvita, where his dedication to holistic health and massage therapy creates a sanctuary of healing and balance. Raised in the natural beauty of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Osmal’s connection to nature inspires his approach to wellness. With expertise in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, and Ayurvedic practices, his treatments provide deep relief and balance.

Living with mild autism, Osmal is passionate about advocating for therapists on the spectrum, showing that neurodivergent individuals can become some of the most talented and compassionate therapists. He is committed to breaking the stereotypes that male and neurodivergent therapists often face. His mission extends beyond the treatment room to ensure inclusivity, acceptance, and equality for all. Osmal and his wife Natalie built Ayurvita on the vision of creating a space free from judgment, where everyone—especially those on the spectrum—can feel safe, accepted, and welcome. He recognizes that many people on the spectrum may hesitate to seek treatments, so it’s vital for him and Natalie to provide a nurturing environment where healing is accessible to everyone.

Together with Natalie, Osmal co-founded Ayurvita to offer affordable, accessible services to their community. His work is not just about healing the body—it’s about creating lasting change in the world of holistic health, ensuring that everyone is treated equally and with compassion.
